Q: Do you do stationery and invitations for other events apart from weddings?
A: Most definitely! I have made invitations for birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, baby and wedding showers, social events and dinner parties...

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Paypal (credit/debit cards can be used through paypal without needing to register) and bank transfer.

Q: How do I order a sample?

Q: I'm a bit nervous about ordering my wedding invitations and stationery online...

A: Rest assured I have been designing and creating stationery for over 10 years now and have plenty of experience. I maintain a high level of quality and will do my best to exceed your expectations. I make this a very easy and calm experience so please relax and let me do all the hard work ;)

Q: What is the actual process from ordering to completion?
A: Once I have recived contact from you through email or the enquiry form, I will email a reply confirming acknowledgment. We can then start any discussions over colours and themes. I can offer advice and help if needed. Once you have emailed your wording and font choice (I can show you a number of fonts if you like), I will then arrange the layout and send back a PDF copy to be checked. Once I have received the go ahead after the proof I will begin making your stationery.

Q: How long will my order take?
A: This really depends on the order, but on average 3-4 weeks. I always try to make them as quick as possible without effecting quality, and if I can get them to you sooner I will. This just gives you a rough idea

Q: Do you offer priority orders in case I need them sooner?
A: Yes I do, with a charge of £20.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: No, I don't like to restrict orders to a minimum quantity. Some people have big weddings, some small. I don't exclude anyone.

Q: Can I add more invitations or stationery at a later date if required?
A: Of course! Not a problem.

Q: Where are you based?
A: I am in Bidford on Avon, Warwickshire.

Q: Do you provide proofs?
A: Yes, I send a PDF of the layout of wording and a jpg of the front. PLEASE CHECK THE PROOFS CAREFULLY! I do read over wording, but please double check the proof as I copy and paste your wording as you send it. I therefore cannot be held responsible for mistakes made in the original draft, or approved proof. If I see an obvious mistake or omission ( I have had dates, venue and bride's names missing) then I will inform you.

Q: Can I personalise the invitations?
A: Both wording on the front and inside are your choice, as well as font and colour.

Q: Can I change a design or suggest a design that I like?
A: Yes of course! Just contact me to discuss your thoughts. I like to offer a bespoke service so that I know you get exactly what you want.

Q: I don't see anything I like, can you help me?
A: I will always try my best to create something that you like, just contact me with your ideas, or any changes you would like on existing designs. I can also create something completely new for you. There is no extra charge for this.

Q: What does the inside of an invitation look like?
A: It depends on the designs, most will have a folded paper insert in either cream or white. Invitations such as the gate fold or the double fold card have the wording printed directly onto the card inside, and pocket fold invitations have the word printed onto a separate card which is mounted onto the inside panel. Of course, if you would prefer a different option to the ones above, let me know.

Q: Are RSVP cards included?
A: Only with the pocket fold invitations. They also come with one information card.

Q: Do RSVP cards come with envelopes?
A: They can either be provided with envelopes, or have the RSVP address printed on the back like a postcard.

Q: Do you print names and/or address on the stationery?
A: Yes I can print both, Names on stationery (such as invitations, place cards etc) have a flat fee of £10, and addressed envelopes are £15.

Q: Do invitations come with envelopes?
A: Yes. In cream or white. Other colours can be sourced at an additional cost.

Q: Is there coordinating day stationery?
A: Yes, the design of the invitation can be carried through onto the day stationery, such as menus, orders of service, table plans etc

Q: How big are the table plans?
A: About A2 size, if you would prefer bigger or smaller just let me know.

Q: Do the table plans come framed?
A: No I don't frame the table plans as I would be concerned about the glass breaking in transit. I can give you exact dimensions if you wish to frame it yourself. Most people decide it isn't necessary.

Q: I am not from the UK, can I still order?
A: Of course! 95% of orders are completed solely through email so distance is no problem. I have sent invitations and stationery all over the world, including USA, Canada, France, Australia, Italy....

Q: What about payment and shipping if I am outside the UK?
A: Paypal automatically works out the current exchange rate, and is often the best. Otherwise we will use an alternative international payment method that suits you better. Shipping is calculated on individual orders as I will search for the best rate and this will be dependent on size and weight, and destination.

Q: What is your refunds and cancellation policy?
A: In the unlikely event of a complaint the customer must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving their order. No claims will be entertained after this period. Refunds/replacements will be made for faulty goods alone.
Cancellations - You may cancel your order up to five days after we have confirmed recepit of your deposit. Deposits become non-refundable after this time.
If you wish to cancel your order please note the following:
Cancellation 12 weeks or more prior to production date
= refund LESS 20% administration charge
Cancellation between 12 weeks and 4 weeks prior to production date
= refund LESS 50%
Cancellation 4 weeks or less prior to production date
Delivery & Damages - We can accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. Damages must be reported within 5 days.
